Talked with my kid last night about the hacking events and was directed to the obvious humor I missed.
- Never allow a target to know they’re a target
- Remember that Apple notifies users when their sign-on is used on a different device (by serial number I think.)
When this wanna-be hacker went into that individual’s Apple ID they didn’t even try to get around Apple’s notification routine.
My five year old granddaughter and three year old grandson were caught whispering together while standing at the powered off Switch.
Grandson: “Let’s guess the password.”
Granddaughter: “NO! Daddy gets a notification when the password is wrong. It has to be right the first time.”
Sad and hilarious when two preschoolers know better than the adults.
